thswtch (said "switch") is a ₹500, 50g cool-then-warm pain relief gel made in India, with no diclofenac. We spell it without the "i"; it's the same gel your friend or teammate told you about.
Quick facts
- Price: ₹500 for one tube, ₹850 for a two-pack
- Size: 50g tube
- Actives: menthol, camphor, wintergreen, arnica and boswellia, in an aloe base
- Feel: cool on contact, then a gentle warmth; non-greasy, absorbs in seconds, light smell
- Made in India: GMP certified and cruelty-free
- Shipping: free across India
How do you use it?
It takes two steps and about a minute.
- Apply a thin layer. Squeeze a small amount onto the spot that feels sore or tight, whether that's calves before a badminton match or your lower back after a long day at the desk.
- Rub it in and wash your hands. Massage until it disappears. You'll feel the cool first, then a slow warmth. Wash your hands afterwards so it doesn't reach your eyes.
For timing ideas, like before you play versus after you train, see our guide on how to use a recovery gel.
A safety note: keep it away from your eyes and broken skin, patch test first if your skin is sensitive, and see a doctor if pain is severe, follows a fall or doesn't ease in a few days.

Is thswtch.com the official site?
Yes. thswtch.com is the brand's own store, run by the team that makes the gel. If you see "Switch gel" listed somewhere else, it isn't from us.
