What is Swtch?
A performance recovery gel. You apply it and feel it go cool, then warm. It is built to make looking after your body something you do every day, not only when something hurts.
What does it actually do?
It gives a cooling sensation on contact, followed by a gentle warmth, right where you apply it, and absorbs in seconds. Most people use it on tired, worked muscles after training, after a long day on their feet, or after hours at a desk.
Is it a medicine or a pain-relief gel?
No. Swtch is a topical recovery gel for everyday comfort and sensation. It is not a medicine and is not meant to treat, cure or prevent any condition.
What makes it different from other gels?
No diclofenac or other drug, and no heavy, greasy balm. Six actives, each with a job, in a light aloe base that absorbs clean and doesn't stain clothes.
What size is it, and how long does a tube last?
50g. About a month of daily use, depending on how much you apply and how often.
How do I use it?
Take a small amount and apply a thin layer where you need it. It absorbs on its own in a few seconds. Wash your hands straight after use.
How often can I use it?
As often as it helps, following the directions on the pack. It is gentle enough for daily use: before a session, after one, or to wind down.
Where can I apply it?
Wherever is doing the work: shoulders, neck, back, legs, knees, calves. Keep it away from eyes, mouth, broken skin and sensitive areas.
When will I feel it?
The cool arrives on contact and the warmth follows soon after. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a residue.
Can I use it before or after a workout?
Yes, both. Many people use it before to warm up the feel of a muscle, and after to wind down.
What is inside?
Menthol for the cool, camphor and wintergreen for the warmth, plus arnica and boswellia, all in a light aloe base. The full ingredient list is on the pack and insert. See every active explained.
Will it sting or smell strong?
No. It has a light menthol and camphor scent that settles quickly, and it is tailored for Indian skin and weather.
Is it safe for me?
It is made for topical, everyday use on healthy skin. Patch test first if you have sensitive skin. If you are pregnant, allergic to aspirin or salicylates, or have a medical condition, check with a doctor first. Don't use with heating pads or tight bandages.
Can children use it?
It is safe for kids above the age of 5, applied by or with an adult. Always keep the tube out of reach of small children, and never swallow.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and usually arrive in 4 to 6 business days. You'll get a tracking link once it ships.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship nationwide, and shipping is free on every order within India.
Can I return it?
Swtch is a personal-care product that goes on skin, so for hygiene reasons we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Read our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Record one continuous unboxing video, starting before you open the sealed package, showing the label and the product. Email it with photos and your order number to hello@thswtch.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace it or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Email hello@thswtch.com with your order number. Once it has been dispatched it can't be cancelled.
